India – Champions, again ?

Virat Kohli Champions, again

Virat Kohli
If there is someone to watch out for this World Cup, then it has to be this man. Time and again, Kohli has proven to be a match winner. Like Sir Vivan Richards, he can come out with all guns blazing or can play a role of a batting mainstay. Every time, Virat Kohli walks in to bat, he will bear the burden of shouldering the hopes of 1.2 billion people to defend the World Cup. Over the past couple of years, Kohli has managed to set the tone for some big chases that have underlined his ability to perform under pressure. He might be full of emotions, but this strong lad can take India all the way to glory.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni Champions, Again
Mahendra Singh Dhoni
With a very mediocre bowling unit, captain of any team might be under some pressure, but not Dhoni! He is a silent assassin and has fetched the tag of the “Perfect Finisher” levied on him by the cricketing greats. A street-smart cricketer and a sharp wicket-keeper, Dhoni has all the tricks in the bag. Given the performance of his troops recently, it will be interesting to note Dhoni’s tactics with an urge to retain the World Cup.
